Altigen Communications formally supports ACT! 2008, 2007, 2007, 2006, 2005.
To install the plug-in, follow these steps:
1. At the client system, exit AltiView / AltiAgent and the ACT! application.
2. Install AltiACTPlugin.exe to the client system.
3. Start the ACT! application.
4. Start AltiView / AltiAgent.
To enable AltiView / AltiAgent integration with ACT!, do the following:
1. In AltiView / AltiAgent, go to Configuration > General.
2. In the drop down list under Use Database, select ACT! as your database.
3. Select the For Screen Pop check box to have a database contact window pop up when you receive a call from someone for whom you have a record in the database contact directory in ACT!
