I can't believe no one else has offered something like this yet. The ability to access work voicemail, presence and line status of my co-workers when I'm out of the office is awesome.
Also, I can make and recieve calls through my corporate phone system, allowing me to hide my personal cell phone number. What a great way to protect my privacy!

I have had an altigen phone system for years and loved the fact that it was an evolutionary investment and not something I was forced to replace every few years, which I experienced over and over with my phone system purchases prior to altigen. Over 5 years ago altigen introduce a fantastic feature that allowed us to use our cell phones as true extensions on our altigen phone system. By the way, we only needed to do a no-cost upgrade to get the new feature. We could use the phones just like any office extension, including call recording and customer service teamwork and much more. And then, altigen just keeps on making things better. Though we never needed the software on our desktop computers that altigen provides to work with our phones, the software provided lots of information and controls that go beyond the desk phone and if we're not at our desks we could not enjoy this on our cell phones. Recently my company began transitioning users to iphones and as if altigen was reading my mind, they introduced maxmobile, an application that brings to the iphone the power of the altigen's desktop software we've been enjoying the rest of the time. This is huge, huge huge! And it is a huge reminder to us that altigen is continuously evolving their solution to meet our needs and is truly listening! Way to go altigen!

We finally installed and connected the Altigen solution in-house and it has literally changed the way our business communicates.
I can make and recieve my work calls on the road.. With the built in line monitoring tools I can keep track of employees while out of the office.
